You have worked your way from humble beginnings to safety critical positions:  in the cockpit, in the hangar, on the ramp, in the cabin and the office.  The path has been arduous, exhausting and at times you have doubted yourself—but you have made it—you have fought your way to success.  It is now time to receive academic recognition of your efforts.
